How to use an Air Fryer to cook

Air fryer is an appliance that can fry food without using oil or grease. The hot air used to steam food makes it healthier than deep-frying. An air fryer differs from traditional ovens in that it doesn't use heat below 400°F (204 Celsius). The flame doesn't touch the food so you don’t have to worry if your food burns. Also, since this type of cooking doesn't involve oil, it is considered healthy and eco-friendly. Some people feel that it contains too much fat.

In Japan, the first version of an Air Fryer was created in 1970. In 1980, the first model was introduced in America. Many companies have since developed new models for air fryers. Today, there are different types of air fryers available in the market, such as convection, induction, infrared, etc. Some are equipped with temperature controls, timers, automatic shutoff features, and LCD displays. They are made mostly of stainless steel and aluminum. You can even get some with a builtin grill for grilling meats and vegetables. These appliances can either be purchased online, at Target, Walmart or Costco as well as in Best Buy, Sears, Sears, Amazon and other stores.

Air fryers are very popular among busy families who want to prepare meals quickly. Air fryers are perfect for making french fries, fried chicken, onion rings and pizza. They can also be used for baking cookies or cakes. These recipes are great for snacking, watching TV, or just relaxing after work.

To make a perfect meal, you must understand how to cook with an air fryer. Before you start cooking, first heat the machine. Next, place the food in the basket and cover it with the lid. You will need to wait until the machine reaches the correct temperature. Turn the machine on and cook for the specified time. To get crispy food, close the lid. For greasy foods, however, you can lift up the lid occasionally. When the food is ready, take it out of the basket.

You can find many air fryer recipes on the internet. But when making one yourself, you must know what ingredients go well together. For those who want to learn how to use an electric cooker, here are some tips.

  • Don't add too much salt to the food; otherwise, it won't taste good.
  • Before you put food in your basket, keep them separate.
  • Always keep the food away from the sides of the basket.
  • Flip food with a spatula
  • Don't forget to clean the basket regularly.
  • When lifting the lid, be careful
